Designing is nothing but a sense of a person. If you are in a position where you have to decide about a person, it is one of the points that you may check a design of the person. May be the design is not too much good or not acceptable, but try to find the basic instinct of the person by the designing. It may call about the person to you. So designing is nothing but a sense of a human. When a person is going to be a that I will be the best and when don't have that kind of creative sense then it will be very tough for the next of your career.

After getting marvelous response at my designing tour I am trying to gather more knowledge from Flash Advanced level scripting and also PHP-MySql programming. In my humble opinion I express that I am trying to be a complete web designer right now who can design a website, make coding the site, make flash designing & programming as per the requirements. It will be required to all designers who will try to be a full flagged web master.
